Gayatri Highways Private Limited which was originally incorporated on Twenty eighth day of December Two thousand six under the Companies Act, 1956 as Gayatri Domicile Private Limited and upon conversion into Public Limited Company under section 18 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the approval of Central Government signified in writing which had been accorded thereto by the RoC – Hyderabad vide SRN G73269854 dated 16.01.2018 the name of the said company changed to GAYATRI HIGHWAYS LIMITED.
