Satya Yoga believes in the healing power of yoga, and our goal is making yoga accessible to everyone. People of all ages, body types, fitness levels, and abilities will find something to benefit them at our studio. We have Restorative, Yoga 101, and Meditation which are great for beginners, anyone recovering from injury, or experienced practitioners who appreciate a slower, more soothing practice. Our Beginners and Gentle classes will provide some physical challenges while still moving slowly enough to make them accessible to a variety of students. We also have All Levels and Ashtanga classes for those wanting a more active practice, though even these classes are designed to accommodate a range of fitness levels. We even have a class for kids!
