Nusa Dua is a luxury resort area on the southern tip of Bali. It's known for its well-maintained white-sand beaches, calm waters, upscale resorts, manicured gardens, and a “gated” tourism development kind of setting.
The beach is designed to offer relaxation: swimming, sunbathing, beach walks. The water tends to be calmer than more surfy areas of Bali.
Attractions & Things to Do
- Water sports are available (jet skis, snorkeling, etc.), though more mellow ones given the calm waters.
- Beachfront resorts along the shore offer lounges, spa services, etc., so you can enjoy luxury and comfort without going far.
- Walking / relaxing: there are beach promenades, palm-trees, cafés nearby — ideal for strolling or watching sunrise/sunset.
