Kenon Holdings Ltd. (“Kenon”) is a holding company that operates dynamic, primarily growth-oriented, businesses. The holdings are at various stages of development, ranging from established, cash generating businesses to early stage companies. We assist with the growth and development of these businesses with the goal of maximizing their value. Our primary business is OPC Energy, a power generation company with facilities in Israel and the United States, in which we have approximately 55% equity interest. We also hold a 17% stake in ZIM, a global container shipping company, and a 12% stake in Qoros, a China-based automotive company.
