The Asahi Group headquarters building became a new landmark in Tokyo when it was completed in 1989. The 22-story Asahi Beer Tower, with its amber-colored glass and white outer wall on the top, resembles a frothy beer mug. The adjoining "Superdry Hall" was designed by renowned French designer Philippe Starck.
