Our Vision is to expand into Middle East and eventually take our footprints to Europe and the USA.
The Company was originally incorporated on 25th January, 1985 in the name of Chetram Balkrishan Limited with Registrar of Companies, New Delhi under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. The Company has changed its name to M/s Ojas Asset Reconstruction Company Limited vide ROC Certificate dated 10th day of November, 2009. Subsequently, the name of the Company has been changed from Ojas Asset Reconstruction Company Limited to Toyam Industries Limited vide fresh ROC Certificate dated 20th December, 2016 with the change in main object from securitization and asset reconstruction to general business and trading activities. Further, in the Board meeting dated 28th April, 2017 it was resolved to expand and diversify the business of the Company in all kinds of activities related to sports, fitness, fashion, films, entertainment or any other genre.
